Memorandum of Understanding: Breaking News for the AI Industry

MP Singapore Pte Ltd the organisers of AIMX and DLG Exhibition & Events (Hong Kong) Co., Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 27 November 2025 at AIMX Singapore 2025, to form a joint venture with the purpose of co-developing and executing AI Events. The signing of this MOU marks a significant milestone for the two partners, seen as the first step in creating a framework for deeper collaboration in the future. Both organisations will harness their strengths in the respective markets to bring the AI communities together for the cross-fertilization of ideas and innovations. Participants, from the AI community, at AIMX Singapore 2025 witnessed the signing firsthand, welcoming the new endeavour.
