Along with the American Thoracic Society and the European Respiratory Society, APSR is one of the largest Respiratory Societies in the world. Having been established in 1986, the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR) held its first academic conference in Tokyo, Japan in October, 1988, before turning it into an annual occurrence in 2000. It has enjoyed continued growth and is now recognized together with American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS) as major international conferences. APSR is aimed at promoting friendship and the sharing of the latest knowledge and research findings among physicians, nurses, lung function technicians, and respiratory rehabilitation therapists involved in the treatment of respiratory diseases in such Asia-Pacific countries/regions.

Aimed at empowering businesses to maximise their potential in an endemic world, the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and MP Singapore Pte Ltd are proud to present the inaugural Singapore Apex Business Summit (SABS). In conjunction with SBF’s 20th anniversary, a special 20th anniversary event will also be held during SABS. The inaugural SABS will be held from 22 to 25 March 2022, physically at Marina Bay Sands, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, and virtually through an online platform. The opening of the Summit will be graced by Guest-of-Honour Deputy Prime Minister Mr Heng Swee Keat and the Summit will comprise several premier business and networking events including: Singapore Regional Business Forum (SRBF®) and SBF 20th Anniversary Event on 22 March 2022 ASEAN Conference and GlobalConnect@SBF Showcase on 23 March 2022 Future Economy Conference and Exhibition (FECE), and TAC Symposium on 24 March 2022 FTA Day (Free Trade Agreement Day) on 25 March 2022 Across the four-day summit, high-level business executives, political leaders, government officials, industry experts, academia and media from Asia Pacific, ASEAN and emerging markets will gather to spark discussions, foster collaborations, and forge valuable business connections. Companies including SMEs and large enterprises will benefit from insights into trending business topics and global networking opportunities. Participants can expect four full days of exhibitions, roundtable discussions, business matching and networking sessions.

SIWW Spotlight 2023

SIWW Spotlight 2023 is a by-invitation Summit that brings together leaders from utilities, cities and industry to share experiences and solutions in tackling climate and water sustainability challenges. Themed "Urgent Climate Action for a Sustainable Water Future", sessions at Spotlight 2023 will feature a closed-door roundtable for utility CEOs, industry plenaries, workshops and networking events to drive impactful exchanges and build partnerships for collective action. Themes presented will include climate mitigation and adaptation, and digital transformation. SIWW Spotlight 2023 was held from 4-6 June 2023 in Singapore, as a partner event of Ecosperity Week 2023, presented by Temasek. MP was the appointed event manager for SIWW Spotlight 2023 and SIWW 2024.

Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) The Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, accelerators, and investors from the Global-Asia innovation ecosystem. Through the open exchange of new ideas, networking opportunities and a line-up of innovation-centric activities, SWITCH provides a global platform to catalyse meaningful collaboration between different fields and markets. The focus industries include healthcare & biomedical sciences, smart cities & urban solutions, trade & connectivity, and emerging sustainable technologies. In its seventh edition in 2022, SWITCH will return as a full in-person conference, featuring various innovation programmes including the SLINGSHOT Startup Pitching Competition, a Sectoral Thought Leadership Stage, Market Access Sessions as well as Industry Exhibition Showcases and Roundtable sessions. SWITCH is jointly organised by Enterprise Singapore and MP Singapore, and supported by the National Research Foundation. Several partner events that were co-located with SWITCH included, FUTR Asia, TechJam, Global Green Economy Forum, Echelon, Impact+, Digital Trust Forum and SME Day.
